General soft skills

• Self-confidence
• Ability to solve problems
• Good oral and written communication
• Time management and organizational capacity

Intercultural soft skills

• Understanding of the codes of conduct and manners generally accepted in different societies and environments
• Awareness of and respect for basic rights of individuals and groups (e.g. religions, gender equality etc.)

Tourism-related professional skills

• Good level of the local language
• Knowledge of the local territory
• Basic computer and digital skills
• Basic knowledge of main hygiene and alimentary norms
